Yes, it is possible to bring three sections in the same window. But this requires some real big code changes to achieve.

would be a very good option to be able to add more windows on the same screen, since pc today have screens with higher resolution

@eliseoiie Yes, this sounds as a good feature too.

OpenEMR 5.0 supports tab interface where you can open multiple screens. Please check if this options suits your needs.
