Situation
ICD-10 codes are omitted from Form 1500, box 21A-L, unless they’re selected under “Justify.” This is a new issue for us as of 6.1.0 (1). If using “Justify,” I expect the selections to only effect box 24E.

If no justification is used, the claim form will have no diagnostic codes. I only realized this after a claim denial.

I’ve heard of others who don’t need fee for service claims that need diagnosis codes to be included.
In my experience, specific codes will be denied without justification, but I’ve never had an entire claim rejected. I supposed I can justify each code with all diagnoses, but that’ll require a lot of clicks. Is it possible to auto-justify all?
Not currently, each line item needs to be manually justified.
