I want to list box with add options on Referral Source in this snap shot.

where does this form named Referral Source point to which list name?

Hi Robert James
Add new option in Referral Source go to Admin->forms->lists->Referral Source option

Thanks, i created another field in demographics and used List with Add function and pointed it to Referral Source.
This way when the pt comes the receptionist can enter from where the pt was referred to us, and when i open a new encounter the referral source also will have the same value even if the add function is not there.
