Hello Fernando You can edit demographics in Layouts - you can add new sections / remove sections, add/ remove fields inside the sections, etc… Similar to Layout based Forms (which will appear under Encounter) you can also create Layout Based Transactions (which will appear under Transactions in patient dashboard). Hello Infeg ! What’s the purpouse about Transactions ? Are there restricted to any specific use ? Thanks in advance FER
