I can't get to the login screen anymore

I have been using OpenEMR since 2013. I have never updated the application. I was able to use it until last night. Today I can’t even display the login screen. I received [an error occurred while processing this directive]. The web hosting company checked the files in the login folder. They were not changed since 6/13/2013. I have patient and scheduling information there and do not have access to them at all. Can somebody help me? I have no idea about what is going on.

This sounds like the hosting company likely changed something considering your system has been so stable for so long.

Looks like that via online searching this is related to SSI directives. So could request your hosting company for instruction on turning off the SSI module.

Thank you very much for your information. I have another domain through the same hosting company and just found out that I got the same message when I try to run some php file. I will ask the company to look into SSI directives and php.
