We have been in development of a fax solution that works over ip for openemr users using hylafax. We are about 2 weeks from beta testing phase as we are in alpha testing right now. If you or anyone else is interested please let us know. Requirements will be the ability to create site-to-site vpn connections from your end.
Right now pricing is estimated to be $9.95 per month per openemr server.
