How to unlock a locked or signed form

Hello,
Please i will like to know how to unlock a locked or signed form in an encounter by the both the user and another user.

Hello aterad,
Administrator have the following options to the e-sign forms in Administration->Globals->E-Sign
Lock an e-signed form individually option can be disabled to unlock all the e-signed forms.
Enable lock toggle option can be enabled to specify whether the form can be locked or not while e-sign.
For the user, we need to customize the code.
