How can I reset the TOTP Verification. I had to switch the code base to a different directory but using the same DB, however the TOTP Verification stopped working. How can I fix this?

Unclear why you lost TOTP since is stored in database. You can remove the entry for your user in the login_mfa_registrations sql table (this will remove TOTP for that user whom can then set it up again).
