How to name a menu tab left_php

Hi, I’m using the vademecum tab, but when a vademecum is opened the tab does not have a name, it says Unknown, how can I change and name the tab?

I can double check when I’m back at my desk but I believe it’s the <title> element of the page you’re calling

Thanks for answering. I am using a php code (I think it was made by Bradley) to see the vademecums, but when I open the tab to show them, the name of the tab says unknown. I tried adding left_php title to this, but I haven’t gotten it to work.
