Which form type should i select for comments, where in i can have a prewritten report/text, which i can edit later on depending on pt to pt findings.?
if i select list box with add, then i can select the text but cant edit it.
static text also same issue.

You can select the value “Description is default text” in “Options” field of LBF configuration. And enter the default content in the “Description” field.
As shown in the image below.
