How to enter the consents in layout based form?

Hi All,

I am currently trying to create the layout based form in openemr, I am not able to enter full paragraph of consents can any one please tell how to enter the full paragraph in layout based form.

We are having a problem with Static Text at present.

A workaround would be to scan signed consent document & then copy same into a NationNote as explained here.

It works well for EKG tracings, Visual Fields, Ascans.
