I created a new patient with encounter, vitals and SOAP info. Now I am trying to enter CPT and ICD codes for billing.
Could someone provide walk me through the system thourgh the billing.

You need to open your patient record, open the encounter, then on the bottom left under Coding/Billing click superbill, now click More(This button needs to be larger, there is already a request for that), now you can enter the codes you need.

This, of course, assumes that you have loaded CPT codes in your system. If not you have to purchase and download them because of the copyright. ICD9 codes are installed already.
