How to create patient chart list

i am using openemr 4.2(7), after an encounter by a patient and a whole lot of services were given to the patient. The patient then requested for a service chart list to be printed, detailing the services rendered, price of each service and the total amount to be paid,so that the patient will know how much he or she is owing. Please how do i generate this. Thanks

Patients/Clients->choose specific patient->Visit History->Billing View-> click link under Code-> EOB Posting Invoice, print from browser.

thanks fsgl, i followed your instructions has stated, but i did not get some of the links.
You said i should click for a patient after which i click history but their is no billing view under history. Please how do i get it.

After Clicking visit history,

The visit history page will be loaded in bottom frame, there you can see the link (To billing view) near Past Encounter and Documents header.

There you can click any codes and follow fsgl solution
