How to correct typo(s) on the physical exam form

Situation
The physical exam form shows “ABN1” (numeric last character instead of L). There are also some other minor boo-boos: ogrganomegoly, Respirator effort unlabored. Is there some kind of form editor where these minor errors can be safely corrected? If not, perhaps they can be cleaned up in the next minor version update.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version AWS Hosted Standard Edition v5.0.1 (5)

Browser:
I’m using: Chrome Version 71.0.3578.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Operating System
I’m using: MacOS Mojave 10.14.2

The Physical Exam is a hard coded form.

Using a text editor is the simplest way to fix the typos.

Go to openemr > interface > forms > physical_exam. You can open each file and look for the errors.

Fix the errors and save the files. That should get you going in the right direction.

hi @Ralf_Lukner ,

Should look something like this:

Note I haven’t tested it yet, though, and could not figure out what to put for Respirator effort unlabored; maybe Breathing comfortably?
