I would like to be able to generate a procedure order for a cardiac chemical stress test. How do I configure what goes into the “Sending To” drop-down field?
The desired end result is a PDF that can be faxed to the cardiologist at a cardiology clinic who will read the cardiac stress test.
My hope is that I can configure various specialists and that the resulting PDF will have their name, clinic, phone, fax, address.
