How to call the data from "form_encounter" table in Payment Method record

Hi, I already able to create new drop down lists as shown in red box and also successful to save the data into “form_encounter” table. But now, I unable to call out the data in Payment Method record page.

I want to sort the data according “Done by Provider”, “Procedure Done By” and “Product Sold By”. What can I do. Do you guys have a any idea. Thank you.

Hi @Evon_Lee,

The Report by values has been hard coded, So you have to make some required changes in receipts_by_method_report.php page.
