How to calculate insurance payment

Hello, i have been trying this but i did not get it. I want to view the total amount due to be paid and that has been paid by a particular insurance company for selected patients under that insurance company for given period. Please i need help on how to do this. Thanks

Try Reports->Financial->Collections & select for Primary Insurance.

It’s unclear whether the question is related to posting payments or outstanding insurance balances. Give an example.
