For the wiki at http://oemr.org/wiki. , it looks like Dr. Sam Bowen is entering them in, so I would suggest emailing him at I think drbowen @ oemr.org (Sam, please correct me if I’m wrong; I’m assuming ok to post you email since is public on oemr’s forum; let me know if you don’t want me to post it (ie. redo this post) or if you have a different email for this situation).
