How to add a new CSS theme?

Hi,
I’m wondering how can I add my own CSS theme to the Drop Down list visible at Administration -> Globals -> Appereance -> Theme (dropdown)?

My new CSS (is a copy of the current active theme) is in the Theme directory: “…\openemr\interface\themes”.

Oo! By just login off and then login again the new CSS is in the dropdown.
