How do you update from 5.0 to 5.0.1? I use open emr through Virtual Box.

Thank you! I have looked at the link you providwd before but am unable to do steps 1-3 because I cant find the files on my computer. I downloaded the patch. I search openemr in my files and am unable to find anything. I downloaded open emr 8 months ago and dont recall where the program files are. I used a youtube video to actually install and get it up and running.
can you get to a command prompt on your virtual box?
Yes, I have not used the commands much only during install.
if this is linux look under something like /var/www/html/openemr
