I have followed all the steps for setting up the procedure module. I have defined the lab service location (on site) in the address book, but the “Order From” field in the “procedure order level” does not show any address. Can someone please guide me?
Thanks very much. May sound basic, but after so many entries and many hours of trying to get it sorted out on my own, I just want to be very certain. Do I enter as the name in our address book, i.e. “New Hope Specialist Hospital” or just as illustrated “Our own lab”. Appreciated.
Thanks. The module is now working very well. For everyone who may be experiencing the same problem, when you do as fsgl instructed, you will need to click “edit” beside all test already entered, and “save” to make it possible to search for them to add to your procedure orders. Thanks once again.

Where did you miss information and what was the clue to be happy again?
I am more than willing to make some corrections in Procedures-WIKI page, since this is not an easy to implemented feature of OpenEMR. Where it can be better, we need to make it better.
