Is there a way i can customize the patient invoice to have more fields such as the treatment they received with more details of the current encounter they are paying for. All I care about is each line item with its description and a price with totals.

I have done that but receipt only shows the whole balance and not what balance the patient owes if they partially pay for the service. Is there a way to show what services the patient received with each lineitem priced with what they have paid and the balance remaining?
If the patient is self-insured, partial payments will appear in your 2 attachments. If the amount paid has been entered as the total balance, then it follows that there will be no record of partial payments.
