How can all ordered procedure/test be pulled out

Hello,
There is a need for the Lab scientist to pull out reports of all ordered lab and procedure test by physicians within a specified period so that it can all be done.

How can this be done?

We have tried Reports>Procedures>Pending Orders but nothing is displayed.

We are using openemr 5.0.1(7) on a xampp localhost

If the labs were entered from procedures form during an encounter, then from main menu try:
Procedures -> Electronic Reports.
Otherwise you will need to go to the database.
