History form does not remember data

Openemr v4.1.0.

I have been using this version on 3 computers without trouble. Now I have installed in on a fourth computer, and the history form will not remember anything that I put in it for new patients.

The strange thing is that if I add information to the history form on this computer, to what I have already written on the form using another computer, it IS remembered.

I have no idea what to do to fix this. So any help greatly appreciated.

No, OpenEMR 4.1.0.

However it was fixed after I copied the interface/patient_file/history directory from another system on which the form worked, and used it to replace the same directory on the non-working one.
