Please I need to hide or disable Choices, Employer, Stats and Misc that appears in adding new patient (Search or Add Patient).
Any one could help me to do this? see attached file.

To disable Choices, Employer, Stats and Misc groups in “Search or Add Patient” form…
Admin > Layouts > Edit layout: (Demographics)
Change UOR drop down list selection for ALL fields in those groups to “Unused”.
Move to bottom of page and press “Save Changes”.

There is another administrator in the clinic, I need him just to access and add:
-Facilities
-Users
-Addr Book
-Practice
-Codes
I need him not to access the other administrations.
Could you help me in this?
