Help with developing a test tracking and reporting system

I would like to partner with someone to develop two forms in openemr:

  1. one to track progress of a set of tests and referrals that a patient has to go through prior to surgery; I should be able to create a report that shows the list of patients with status of these tests/referrals that are being tracked

  2. The second is to capture a set of data from a patient into a specific form that can then be sent by email or SFTP to a receiving institution.

There exist Batch Results & Clients/Referral Report. The pre-op labs can be structured as a group in Configuration for easy visibility & tracking.

What needs to be sent via email/SFTP that cannot be done by copy/paste?
