HELP! Im on JUSTHOST shared server -PHP downloading -not running

We had a 502 error yesterday .I chatted with CS asking what was wrong .They did something and now files will not run just download .Urgent my wife’s business depends on this .I tried restoring htaccess -nothing woking .
CS has escalated to Level2 support at Justhost but they move slow :frowning: .

Do you have a backup of the database and application that you can run of a virtualmachine locally?
