Added units and billing note to the billing screen.
Any thing else you would like to see FSGL.

Billing notes are helpful, especially for claims which have been previously rejected & difficult to file.
Why units? Most practices usually have 1 apiece of each CPT. Some like chiropractors have multiples.

I have a toxicology lab that requires it, ambulatory surgery client uses it also. Social services, Home health care and occupational health said they need it (along with a long list of other things). Some thing for the masses. It is on its own switch as is the billing code so you can choose what you need or like sorta like Burger King.

Choice is good.

You should also consider displaying the biller note (common for the encounter) under blank space below insurance dropdowns - that gives users choice of entering code specific notes or a general text box for the encounter. I know billers used to hate having to go to each encounter to see that billing relevant detail.

Good suggestion I will add that to the project. Thanks MD

Units are absolutely vital for the BH community, in addition to other specialties and inventoried items. So are modifiers. That includes search criteria for modifiers. An H2019 is very different from an H2019:HA.
Units are also a very carefully watched piece of the billing puzzle when prepaid mental health (medicaid) comes into play. You only get a certain number, and when a provider is burning through those, the billing manager/report is a very important checkpoint for managing that.
