Has anyone exported appointments to a csv file

I have a user that is wanting to send the appointment information to a telephone dialer to remind patients of up comming appointments. Has anyone got a good way of doing this. I was considering just adding a csv export option to the appointments report.

Thanks . I already modified the appointment_report file and am working on making it run from task manager.

I looked at your file. What is the cron settings that you use? Is this the file you run in cron?

and yes I know what cron is and I know about crontab.
