Hello, My client has a need for a form which enables them to hold a group therapy session, select all the patients whom participated and make indivdual notes for the patient(s). Does anyone know if OpenEMR either has this functionality? If so, the name of the add-on module or form would be appreciated. I’m trying to determine if this needs to be custom programmed in or is available with some light customization.

You are going to need custom programming for that. It does not exist that I know of.
