Graphical Charts - Vitals

Hello,

I’d like to know if there’s a graphical charting feature in OpenEMR for the Vitals; maybe for things like temp., B.P.?

Also, where could I get some information on:

  1. The “Chart Tracker” (Miscellaneous >> Chart Tracker)
  2. The “Chart Activity” (Reports >> Visits >> Chart Activity)
  3. The “Charts Out” (Reports >> Visits >> Charts Out)

Check out the explanation in post 4 of another thread about trending/plotting the vitals.

Chart tracker is basic functionality. You define storage locations, enter patient number and update the storage location or check out.
