Graphic representation of Input data

Now the Growth Charts do give results beyond expectations, can’t we elaborate a bit more and make some date/time value representation within some kind of graphic view with some of the saved values made with the encounter savings during longer time intervals?

Waist circumference, BMI for people older that 20 years, Glucose measurements, Oxygen saturation, wound ulcer measurements, Bloodpressure reduction, etc.

Looking and experimenting with LBF Layout Forms it seems so similar to each other. We only need the right values in the right place with the right image… If "only… was so easy", I would do it.

The problem is, that in the Developers versions online we will never see the nice results since every day all input is renewed and a longitudinal representation is almost impossible.

This is a bit off topic. In regards to the online developer cvs demos, may not matter soon anyways since my server is close to melting (hitting about 100 degrees in the closet in seattle; having a heat wave). Keep your fingers crossed…

Pimm,

The GD/PDF and CSS/HTML methods for the growth charts are pretty specific solutions for the problems of placing data on an image.  For your suggestions, I’m thinking a javascript charting plugin may work well. Such as these three Jquery plugins here:

For cchit stuff, the lab values module will need to tackle this issue. All the data in the vitals (and perhaps custom forms as you suggest) should be able to piggy back on the method that is chosen for the lab module.

Talking about CCHIT stuff, yesterday I had a situation where I, as USER CVSDemo , jumped from within the current forms input to view another client and got the new name in the UPPER screen while all data of the USED FORM of the former NAME/client stayed visible in the bottom screen.

Most clients can read modern Computer screens from a distance well over 1.5 meter!!!!!!!

Although a minor flow, if possible should be corrected. I wish I could reproduce, but not found it so far. Today I will give it another try and make some notes.
