Google drive to store openemr

I have an unlimited and hippaa compliant google drive account with g suite. Is there a way to place openemr into a folder within google drive and run it on several machines?

Hi @Jefferson_Mennuti,

No, Google Drive offers cloud-based document storage whereas OpenEMR requires a server stack (A web server, database server, and PHP) to properly run. However, good news is our community has built a nearly turn-key, HIPAA compliant solution on Amazon’s AWS platform. See the comparison of AWS options here https://www.open-emr.org/wiki/index.php/AWS_Cloud_Packages_Comparison

Note we don’t profit off that package, you have your own AWS account and only pay for servers, bandwidth, etc. We just put the turnkey solution together because our community members are awesome like that
