Get this error popup only on Mobile browser IPAD and Iphone .
OK on PC and MAC book. Any ideas on cause ?

I’m using: safari

Operating System
I’m using: IOS Ipad

Logs
Did you check the logs? no
Was there anything pertinent in them?no

You can also turn on User Debugging under Administration->Globals->Logging User Debugging Options=>All

Try different browser and see. Is user debug turned on in globals? Look at error in browser console to see if you get a clue from where get error.

I did turn User Debug to ALL to see a previous error . I set it back to none and that fixed it

May have stopped error from being displayed however if you look in console log you’ll still see error.
I’m curious what the console log error show so perhaps you can post.

How do I find this ? :slight_smile:

Do a web search on how to open Safari console. Then look for error in console. When do you get error i.e for appointments or dashboard. How do you recreate?

my daughter is the coder :slight_smile: . She is not available so I’m trying .I did this and see no errors .
