Generating a HCFA 1500 paper claim

Hello,

How can I generate a paper format HCFA 1500. We are trying to get our installation of OpenEMR 4.0 to work with Availity but meanwhile wanted our biller wanted to send the claims manually and see if I can generate a 1500 from OpenEMR.

Thanks tony! I’m laughing at my stupidity right now!!! I looked at that button and saw the sample but didn’t understand the simple fact that it should be printed on the HCFA 1500 form. Anyway, thanks a bunch!!!
