Generate X12 file is not saving the text file

In Billing Manager, when we click on “Generate X12” file, the text file is not saving.  Instead, it is displaying the file content in browser.

I tried with Firefox 15.0.1 and IE 9.

Any idea what settings I have to change in the browser?

In the 4.1.0 demo, the x12 file appears in my download folder and the text file pops up in Notepad. With 4.1.1(4) the text is nowhere to be found.  This was my first electronic submission.  The Office Ally trainer had to copy and paste the text into
Notepad and then designate a location for the saved file.  Can’t even use Ctrl-S to save the text in the webpage. The “saved”
webpage is devoid of any text.
