Hello
During ‘In office’ visit creation, we can able to set the ‘Preferred Category’ for that In office visit. If a category ID was specified when the ‘Find Available’ popup was invoked, then only IN events with a matching preferred category will be displayed.
For example, If we chose the ‘Preferred Category’ as 'Established Patients, the ‘Find Available’ screen will show the slots as available only for the ‘Established Patient’ category(which is chosen as preferred).
