Did you create a new encounter for that payment?
shameer007 wrote on Sunday, February 08, 2015:
I select the encounter of that day.

Hello Shameer
We guess, you are talking about the “Reports->Financial->Collections” report. The copay amount collected will be shown in the Collections report(if it is attached to an encounter). Refer the attached screen shot.

If you wish to have the payment show up in the Collections report, you must enter the charges & payments from the Fee Sheet. It does not work with Charges Panel.

Front reception collection standing for what???
fsgl wrote on Monday, February 16, 2015:
There is no module named “Front Office Collection” per se.
There are the Payment & Checkout options from the Menu to process patient payment on the day of service.
Collection report is a totally different entity. It is a report of payments both from patients & insurers for a given period of time.
