I have loaded the most recent freeb and openemr off of cvs.
When I run freeb I get the following error.
Fault returned from XML RPC Server, fault code 800: Table ‘openemr.form_prior_auth’ doesn’t exist
launching target
mv: `2005-03-30-1-8.hcfa.pdf’ and `…/public/2005-03-30-1-8.hcfa.pdf’ are the same file
I even created a new database and loaded new data to try to get by this.

You will need to get ver. 2.6.5 or 2.6.0 tarball and copy the prior_auth form from it. Just copy it to the same location in your installation. Go to the forms admin, register it but leave it disabled.

That fixed it. The form was there I just registered it. Installed the DB but left it disabled. Duh, the thread prior to this discussed this.
