Formating tab content

I would like to format the structure of the content of the tab pages under  Demographics. Where would I do that. I have looked under demographics_full.php and demographics.php. Neither seems to have the structure of the tab content.
I appreciate any direction you can provide.

Layouts for demographics can be configure at Administration->Layouts->Demographics (each group is a tab).
