Is there anyway to add timestamp columns to the flowboard? It would be nice to see each timestamp as the patient goes through the clinic; arrival time to patient ready for a room to room time to x-ray to room to checkout, etc.? If not on the flowboard then maybe a report?

Check out Reports->Visits->Patient Flow Board
(and Click the ‘Show Details’ toggle)
And you should be pleasantly surprised 
(Note the backend tracks/records every time the appointment status is changed, so there is a huge potential for office informatics)
