Flow tab is "unknown" after checking providers see entire calendar

Situation
I’m new to OpenEMR and trying to work through a lot of the features. In particular tonight I’m working on the flow board. It was showing no data, so I checked the option for “Providers see entire calendar.” When I clicked the flow menu, the tab popped up and briefly said “loading” and then said “unknown” and nothing loaded (not even the empty flow board). When I returned to the “Providers see entire calendar” setting it was unchecked. Now no matter what I do, check or uncheck, I just get “unknown” and a blank tab.

OpenEMR Version
I’m using OpenEMR version 6.1 AWS Express Plus

Browser:
I’m using: Chrome 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)
(Also tested and got same behavior on Internet Edge)

Operating System
I’m using: Windows 10

Logs
Checked the logs and turned user debug on, but didn’t find anything that jumped out at me.
