I have OpenEMR installed at openemr.myhealthbilling.com, with the most current patch. Seems to mostly work ok, but we get a 403 forbidden error : “You don’t have permission to access /openemr/interface/main/calendar/find_patient_popup.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.” on submitting a patient search in the popup.
I’ve checked file and folder permissions, and cleared the compiled folders. Do you have any ideas why this might happen?
Error occurs when we go to Message and Reminder Center > Add New > Patient (Click to Select) > hit Search button in popup.
