Can fillable PDF forms to be uploaded and used in SOAP or any part of OpenEMR?  How to upload and set up the forms?

Hi,

yes fillable (and any other type of document) can be uploaded to the program. You might not be able to do it in the SOAP but it is very easy to add it to the patient document section. If you click on the patient and above the demographics you will see the word documents. Click there and you will see subfolders that you can store any arrangement of documents. You can rename the folders to what you want and add as many folders your office needs to catagorize office documents that are a part of the patients record.
