# Fee Sheet and HCFA 1500

There seems to be a bug. When I choose rendering provider as Dr. X The name of Dr.X gets printed in field 31 whereas in 24 j&nbsp; the NPI of the referrer is getting printed and not the Rendering doctor’s NPI. Has anyone faced this issue.
