Can someone help me figure out how to configure the Faxes In/ Faxes Out/ Scanner In section in OpenEMR. (It is under Miscellaneous in the Tree View). I did not find it in the manual.

You’ll find some configuration parameters and associated comments for those in interface/globals.php. For faxing you’ll need to find and study the Hylafax documentation and get an appropriate fax/modem.

With a remote server your scanner would need to be able to deposit its files into a network destination, perhaps via ftp.
An internet fax solution would be nice, and would take some design and programming to interface with OpenEMR.
