Fault: Code: 5 Reason 'Didn't receive 200

I get this after coming from demographics screen and on the patient summary screen. It has something to do with checking balances, I think. Comes from library/freeb/process_bills.php.

What does it mean? Do I need to have freeb installed and it’s server process running or is it an error from my sql-ledger setup?

It has something to do with xmlrpc … must be a setup issue.
