Facilities doesn't appear listed in users windows

Hi Guys,
I’m new here.
Just intalled OpenEMR 5.0.2 in windows using xampp.
I created 2 users and 2 facilities for testing but when tried to assign a facility to specific user doesn’t appear listed, just appear the main facility, i selected the "service location " option but neither.

You need to activate facilities option in global->Features

Hi,
thanks for your help ,
i applied the change and a new option appeared “facility calendar’s” with my facilities list but in the option “facility by defect” only appear “your clinic name here”, there should appear my facilities list , right?
