Extra "choices" category after upgrading database from 421 to 500?

Has anyone else run into this after upgrading a 4.x.x database to 5.0?

What does the other Choices tab look like?

practicing an upgrade of 4.1.3 to 5.0 and do not see the extra choices tab; your screenshot shows customization of the demographics layout i believe
