Has anyone found a way to export an individual patient record to another database? We have patients who travel a lot and I would like for them to be able to take their records with them.

I have recently added a couple of modules to export and import patient demographics in XML format. They are in the “custom” subdirectory. These could be enhanced to include the medical records (yes I’m available for that kind of work).
